Next you need to start walking 2 miles per day while having your calories cut in half. Now after 20 days you will start to notice a difference. Yes walking does really work to lose weight!

But guess what? If your eating cheeseburgers all day your going to lose some weight but your belly is still going to be big. See junk food like beer stores fat around your neck and belly. It just makes you look unhealthy and puts fat in the worse areas. But when walking and eating correctly you will see results trust me. I have lost over 50 pounds myself just walking and eating healthy.

I did however walk up to eight miles per day but walking even 1-2 miles per day will start to shed the weight.
